Insulator composition:
1 Front Window Outer Layer – Aluminum 90 micron anti ultraviolet rays and scratch resistant.
1 Outer Layer rest of insulation – Polyester 190grs black color.
2 Inner Layer – 2mm expanded polyethylene.
3 Inner Layer – 38 micron aluminum foil for insulation.
4 Inner Layer – 2mm expanded polyethylene.
5 Inner Layer – 38 micron aluminum foil.
6 Inner Layer – 2mm expanded polyethylene.
7 Inner Layer – 38 micron aluminum foil.
8 Inner Layer – Antiallergic 75 gr/m wadding for insulation.
9 Inner Layer – Polyester 190grs dark gray color.

Our Black Out Thermal Insulators with suction cups are ideal for extreme temperatures, reducing the temperature inside the vehicle in case of heat and insulating the interior of the vehicle in case of cold.
By having the outer layer in black (except the front window), these insulators are ideal for winter, even though they do not have a silver outer layer (except the front window), they do their job in summer. In addition to insulating against cold and heat, these thermal insulators do a better job of darkening the passenger compartment, due to the new fabrics used that prevent light through the design seams, lengthening the hours of rest. Our blackout thermal insulators are handcrafted one by one, taking care of the geometry of the windows for an optimal fit. Finished with a black 100% polypropylene trim.

Another advantage of not having a silver face (except the front window), is that the vehicle goes completely unnoticed as it seems that the windows are tinted.

100% Polypropylene trim in black. Nickel plated brass eyelets inner Ø 6mm. 80 micron polypropylene cover with zipper to store the insulators.
This model of suction cup with nut allows the blinders to be removed without having to detach the suction cups. This system is very comfortable to put on and take off the insulators, so when we want to place them, they already have their proper position. (It is advisable to remove them when they are not going to be used for a while so as not to expose them to the sun permanently and thus extend their life).
