Insulator composition:
1 Front Window Outer Layer – 90 micron aluminum anti ultraviolet rays and scratch resistant.
1 Exterior layer rest of insulators – Polyester 190grs black color.
2 Inner Layer – 2mm expanded polyethylene.
3 Inner Layer – 38 micron aluminum film, for insulation.
4 Inner Layer – 2mm expanded polyethylene.
5 Inner Layer – 38 micron aluminum film.
6 Inner Layer – 2mm expanded polyethylene.
7 Inner Layer – 38 micron aluminum film.
8 Internal Layer – 75 gr / m antiallergic wadding for insulation.
9 Inner Layer – Polyester 190grs dark gray color.

Our Black Out Thermal Insulators with suction cups are ideal for extreme temperatures, especially for winter.
As they have a black outer layer (except for the front window), these insulators are ideal for winter, as they do not have a silver outer layer (except for the front window), they do not reject the sun. By not rejecting the sun, its function in summer is not optimal.
Our blackout thermal insulators are handcrafted one by one, taking care of the geometry of the windows for an optimal fit. Finished with a black 100% polypropylene trim.

Another advantage of not having a silver face (except the front window), is that the vehicle goes completely unnoticed as it seems that the windows are tinted.

100% Polypropylene trim in black. Nickel plated brass eyelets inner Ø 6mm. 80 micron polypropylene cover with zipper to store the insulators.
This model of suction cup with nut allows the blinders to be removed without having to detach the suction cups. This system is very comfortable to put on and take off the insulators, so when we want to place them, they already have their proper position. (It is advisable to remove them when they are not going to be used for a while so as not to expose them to the sun permanently and thus extend their life).
